Job description – Planning Admin Assistant
Brief overview of role
A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team within an expanding organisation. The successful candidate will be supporting the Key Accounts Team who look after some of our key customers performing a range of planning and administrative duties. This is a role that has potential to expand and develop as the team and the person grows.
Working week
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
Vacancy description
Working in a fast-paced office, you will be supporting the Key Accounts team carrying out duties including:
Dealing with external customers via telephone and email
Dealing with Trainers via telephone and email
Booking and planning Training courses and sending confirmations out
Keeping customer and training records and logs updated
Assisting with campaign planning
Using bespoke IT system for data input and adding files to data records
Working closely with the Key Account Manager to develop customer growth
Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications
English & Maths GCSE A* – C, 9 – 4 or equivalent
