Any employee who operates a company forklift truck needs to have completed comprehensive training course in order to be compliant and limit the risk of damage to either equipment or other employees. Not only will forklift training ensure your employees are complying with Health and Safety regulations, but it will also increase staff performance.
Foklift truck operators must also hold valid certification, as stated by the Health and Safety at Work act 1974.

HSE recommends FLT Operator Refresher Training every 3 years - and a maximum of 5 years.
